One very common thing I have noticed in regularly talking with some of the top talent in our Voices community is that they have used coaching to not only help them consistently get work, but to grow as artists and continue to push themselves towards learning new skills and refining the quality of their performances.

It makes sense, too. Nearly everyone who pursues a creative dream or even an athletic career regularly relies on coaching and practice to continue evolving and adding to their repertoire of abilities.

For those of you that haven't had professional coaching, aren't sure where to start or even what a coach does, Stephanie put together a comprehensive article on the topic on the Voices blog. It's definitely worth a read if you're currently on the fence.

If you're more a visual learner, there's also a great video on our YouTube page about the benefits of getting a professional coach. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fGnxfxYwZNk

For those of you that have experienced some success and have spent time with a voice and acting coach, what kind of improvements have you seen, and how often do you work with a coach as a tune up?

I'd love to hear some of your experiences, and what kind of results you saw!
